At Crunch Analytics, we help EU retail and e-commerce teams at G-Star, Torfs, Van de Velde, Unilin, Roompot, and others to embrace big data & AI techniques. We introduce AI-driven (advanced analytics) solutions that fundamentally change how these organizations create value.

In the last couple of years, we've experienced an exciting period of growth as the direct result of improved market fit and market adoption, especially in the Belgian & Dutch markets. Today, we're looking to push annual recurring revenue from 1mio EUR to 10mio EUR ARR across a broader set of European markets. To continue on this trajectory, we're looking to add a Head of Sales to the team.

In said role, you will spearhead our growing team of sales professionals. You will lead, manage, coach, forecast & report. As an avid sales professional, you'll have the opportunity to weigh in on specific key deals & clients.

Yet, as an experienced B2B sales leader, we're especially looking forward to your guidance in scaling our sales efforts, in laying the foundation for a fast-growing, highly-effective sales team. Such a team should be able to introduce a growing portfolio of AI-driven assistants in various markets and achieve a more predictable level of sales.

🚀 What will be part of your responsibilities?

You will bear responsibilities in three main domains:

Build the foundation for a fast-growing, highly-effective, international sales team

  • Join Marketing & Communications in creating a go-to-market strategy and plan inspired by a set of ambitious sales & revenue targets in a growing number of countries;
  • Draft & introduce a sales process over various sale-enabling channels, able to generate more predictable sales at scale;
  • Create the organizational blueprint of a sales team required to execute the go-to-market plan, including pré-sales specialists, solution architects, sales ops, and alike;
  • Propose an onboarding, coaching & training approach able to fuel sales efficiency & effectiveness;
  • Develop appropriate compensation schemes for different profiles in the sales team;
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, providing client feedback to internal teams which should enable f.i. the creation of insightful sales & marketing materials or a swift handover to client services teams.


  • Actively lead, manage and coach a growing team of sale-enabling people & channels;
  • Prepare forecast & KPI reporting in order to share with sales team, management and investors, informing financial, operational and strategic forecasting, planning and decision-making;
  • Weigh in on vital deals & clients;
  • Win and manage a set of your own key accounts (in year 1-2).

Actively participate in the management team

  • Voice your insights & recommendations with the management team, thus helping to shape strategy on company level.

Job requirements

🐱‍🚀 What skills are required or can be perfected on the job?

  • You have 5+ years in a Head of Sales or similar role, preferable in a B2B software (as-a-Services) environment;
  • You have a proven track record that demonstrates your ability to set and achieve smart & ambitious targets in an international environment and implement an adequate roadmap;
  • You have strong management, coaching & leadership skills;
  • You're a structured and independent thinker, that loves to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment confronted with +100% annual growth;
  • You have a strong affinity for digital products and/or retail/fashion;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written).
