We have been fortunate to work with a variety of teams in Europe, active in manufacturing, aviation, FMCG, Retail, and e-commerce, on projects that combine our expertise in data management, ML, AI & statistics to create business value. Our team of 25+ energetic professionals is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
Job requirements
🚀 What will be part of your responsibilities?
As our Office Manager, you’ll handle the practical side of our organization, ensuring everything operates efficiently:
Office Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, meeting room bookings, and welcoming office visitors.
Workplace Management: Oversee office snacks, team lunches, and cleaning services.
IT & Equipment: Coordinate IT hardware and ensure the team has the tools they need.
Fleet Management: Keep our fleet park organized and efficient.
Culture & Events: Plan and organize cultural events such as happy hours and team-building activities.
HR Assistance: Support the HR Manager with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administrative Support: Help with invoices, payments, and occasional management tasks.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Proven communication skills with a customer/employee-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience in a similar role.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
A willingness to learn and adapt.
Personal Traits:
You’re friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented.
You can work independently and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
