We introduce data & AI-driven solutions that fundamentally change how these organizations create value. On top of that, we have developed our own AI-powered fashion retail SaaS platform to help fashion teams make smarter pricing & inventory decisions.


As an Account Executive, your key responsibility is to introduce our set of services to business and analytics leaders, primarily in retail organizations. Your goal is to help them understand how our services will create demonstrable value. In your role, you will be able to identify and map industry stakeholders, build relationships, deliver high-quality presentations and workshops, and carve out the specifics of an often complex deal.


We assign you the crucial task of building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline in the Benelux and designated European regions, enabling the company to expand its footprint across the continent.


To this extent, we are looking for a highly motivated account executive who can convince using a consultative selling approach - identifying value & ROI - yet is also capable of bringing stakeholders to the table and sealing the deal, applying experience, trust, and a good bit of boldness.

🚀 What will be part of your responsibilities?

  • Identify opportunities for Crunch Analytics (hunting) among mid- to large-size companies within your territory;
  • Convince stakeholders within companies to work with Crunch Analytics by taking a consultative selling approach;
  • Build relationships with the different stakeholders within & around these companies, i.e., Director, VP & C-level decision makers as well as users, ambassadors, and partners;
  • Prepare & deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and workshops;
  • Build & maintain a strong & consistent sales pipeline, enabling you to (over-)deliver on your quota;
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including interactions with prospect stakeholders, legal & procurement, as well as internal legal, operations & client success;
  • Consistently close new & expansion business, leveraging a "land-and-expand" strategy;
  • Have a deep understanding of your pipeline to ensure high forecast accuracy;
  • Convey learnings from conversations with stakeholders to internal teams.
  • Accountability - You are responsible and in charge of your book of business

Job requirements

🐱‍🚀 What skills are required or can be perfected on the job?

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS experience is a plus;
  • Proven track record of (over-)achieving quota;
  • Proven track record of winning complex deals;
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
  • Positive attitude, taking plenty of initiative
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus;
  • You naturally convey trust;
  • Highly goal-oriented & strong work ethic;
  • A passion for driving tangible impact through technology.
